Product Category Description:

These polystyrene plates have a consistent tissue culture surface chemistry produced by using vacuum-gas plasma treatment. Exceptional optical clarity allows for visualization of cell monolayers. They are designed for manual and automated handling. Plates can be stacked together for efficient use of incubator space.

Each plate features a patented low evaporation lid, deep wells, serrated gripping panels, a large writing patch, and alphanumeric well identification. Sterilized by gamma irradiation.

Ordering Information: Plates with lids are packaged in peel-apart packaging to assure sterile delivery. Plates 21100-002, 21100-004, and 21100-006 feature a ready-stack bulk tray which is designed to handle a large number of plates aseptically. For special applications, plate 62406-060 is supplied without a lid.
