These BD Falcon* cell culture inserts, plates, dishes, flasks, coverslips, and CultureSlides are treated with a uniform application of fibronectin to promote cell attachment, spreading, proliferation and differentiation. Especially useful for the growth of fibroblasts and other mesenchymally derived cells. Convenient, ready-to-use cellware offers lot-to-lot consistency and reliable cell culture performance. Use for the culture of BHK-21 cells, smooth muscle cells, endothelial cells, 3T3 cells, neuroblastoma cells, and more.

Fibronectin source: Human plasma (source material tested for hepatitis B antigen and HIV-1 antibody). BD BioCoat Fibronectin Cellware is tested for its ability to promote attachment and spreading of BHK-21 cells. Also tested and found negative for bacteria and fungi.

Cellware is stable for >=3 months from date of shipment when stored at 2 to 8°C (35.6 to 46.4°F). Do not freeze. Inserts stable for >=3 months at 2 to 8°C (35.6 to 46.4°F).

Ordering Information: Inserts are packaged six per 6-well plate, six per 12-well plate, and 12 per 24-well plate.
