These BD BioCoat Collagen IV Cellware products consist of BD Falcon* Multiwell Tissue Culture inserts, plates, dishes, and flasks treated with a uniform application of Collagen IV to promote cell adhesion and differentiation of a variety of cell types. Cellware offers lot-to-lot consistency and reliable cell culture performance. Use BD BioCoat Collagen IV Cellware for the culture of PC12 cells, neurons, endothelial cells, and more. The source of Collagen Type IV is Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS) lathrytic mouse tumor.

BD BioCoat Collagen IV Cellware is tested for its ability to initiate neurite outgrowth of NG-108 rat glioma/mouse neuroblastoma cells. Also tested and found negative for bacteria and fungi.

Cellware is stable for >=3 months from date of shipment when stored at 2 to 8°C (35.6 to 46.4°F). Do not freeze. Inserts are stable for >=3 months from date of shipment when stored at 2 to 8°C (35.6 to 46.4°F).

Ordering Information: Inserts are packaged six per 6-well plate, and 12 per 24-well plate.
