Product Category Description:

Prepared plated media are designed for the isolation of microorganisms from samples or specimens. JEMBEC and Gono-Pak systems are specifically designed for transporting specimens, especially Neisseria gonorrhoeae. The JEMBEC plate consists of a rectangular-shaped plate with a snap-on lid. The Gono-Pak consists of a 100x15mm plate with a reservoir for a carbon dioxide-generating tablet. Both systems are packed with bags and CO2 tablets and are ready for immediate use. Store at 2 to 8°C (36 to 46°F).
