Systems deliver up to 1L (0.3gal.) of water per minute on demand with a unique flow pattern that provides volumetric and timed dispensing of Type II water directly from the system, eliminating purity declines. The easy-to-read LCD display provides all the information needed to monitor product purity, feed and RO water purity, system pressure, and levels of water in the storage reservoir. Units combine pretreatment, reverse osmosis (RO), deionization (DI), and UV oxidation. Purity monitor and controls are remotely mounted for increased flexibility in choosing a mounting location. The smart cartridge pack, with lot number and date installed, tracks usage in time of operation. System diagnostics monitor and evaluate the vital components of the system and alert user of any problem that may exist. The multi-language display alerts user when it is time to change the pretreatment cartridges and membranes. Units feature a universal design for wall and bench mounting, and a UV lamp for controlling bacteria within the system while ensuring organic free water on demand. Water systems are available in two models: with 12L (3.2gal.) or 24L (6.4gal.) per hour production rates. Also available are 30L (7.9gal.) and 60L (15.9gal.) cylindrical reservoirs, which help control bacteria by eliminating sharp corners. An optional UV lamp further controls bacterial growth within the tank. The optional “smart” distribution pump allows for transport of Type II water to remote locations. The 12L per hour start up kit includes block assembly; 1µm, RO anti-scalent, and RO carbon cartridge assembly; and two-pack MPS cartridge. Reservoirs are filtered to prevent the introduction of airborne contaminants and have a universal design that allows for bench or wall mounting without additional equipment. The reservoir manifold allows distribution of water to a Type I system such as the NANOpure* DIamond, a dishwasher, or to the optional distribution pump loop. Reservoirs are fluorinated to prevent recontamination of water by contact with impure surfaces.
