Product Category Description:

SBS standard, sitting-drop, high throughput protein crystallization plate has 96 buffer wells, each with one corresponding protein well. The D-shaped buffer wells have a maximum volume of 250µL. The elevated protein wells have a maximum volume of 4.3µL and feature a round shape to allow easy loop access for crystal manipulation such as cryosoaking and rinsing. Plate is constructed of optically clear polystyrene to enable precise crystal visualization. Can be used with manual pipettors or automated liquid handling systems. Stackable plate is resistant to organic solvents, features reduced polarization, and may be bar coded. (Axygen CPAXYGEM96)
