Meade 70AZ-ADR Telescope 70mm Refractor 04054 is easy to use non motorized telescope at the great price. This Meade Telescope is a great beginner telescope with an easy to use manually operated mount and upgraded 1.25" size eyepieces. Meade 70AZ ADR Telescope is ready for observing. Somewhat larger than the 60mm type scopes, the increased objective diameter of the Meade 70mm Refracting Telescope produces an image over 30 percent brighter at the same magnification, with increased sharpness and clarity.

Meade Telescope 70AZ ADR features a multi-coated, achromatic objective lens of 70 mm diameter (700mm focal length, f10); rack and pinion 1.25" focuser with diagonal, metal altazimuth telescope mount with black "hammered" paint finish, steel cable controls for both vertical and horizontal motion of the mount. This telescope comes with full length adjustable field tripod with aluminum legs and accessory tray. Meade 70mm Refracting Telescope 04054 also includes PC-compatible astronomy software CD-ROM.

Meade 70-AZ ADR Telescope feature red dot viewfinder, and includes two Meade Telescope Eyepieces: MA25mm (1.25") and MH9mm (1.25") for magnifications of 28X and 78X. Meade 2X Barlow lens is also included which doubles the effective magnification of the above telescope eyepieces.
